Like you, we have high standards.

Accreditation is the gold standard that ensures every student is receiving a quality education that prepares them for success. Meeting those standards, and maintaining that status, can feel overwhelming for schools. But it doesn't have to.

Ensuring a quality education.

We know that your job is to ensure the quality and integrity of higher education institutions and programs, — and to help them improve. Our goal is to provide the right library resources and services to make that happen.

Your expectations guide us.

LIRN Librarians have degrees in library and information science from ALA-accredited Master's programs and experience working with students and faculty in a variety of subject areas.

Your standards are important to us.

Your standards help ensure that schools provide their students with excellent libraries. LIRN member schools select from several subscription resources to create an online research library to complement your curriculum, or we help them develop the right subscription package for their unique programs.

Students at subscribing schools can contact their LIRN Librarian for any level of research assistance. Depending on the request, the librarian may follow up with an email, phone conversation and/or screen-share. On-site visits for accreditation and other purposes are available for additional fees if needed.
