career in campus operations, organizational leadership, and regulatory compliance.
With over three decades of experience in higher education administration, she has
played a vital role in driving institutional success through innovation, strategic
planning, and operational excellence.
A seasoned leader in academic and operational compliance, Mrs. McCulloch has
demonstrated expertise in campus development, accreditation management, and student
success initiatives. Throughout her career, she has provided guidance in areas such
as policy implementation, budget planning, program development, curricula design and
delivery, as well as team leadership, ensuring institutional effectiveness and
sustainability.
An expert in regulatory compliance, Mrs. McCulloch has worked closely with accrediting
bodies, ensuring institutions meet and exceed accreditation standards. She is also
proficient in student records management systems, utilizing technology to enhance
efficiency and compliance within educational institutions.
