Wendy Rolon

Wendy Rolon is a senior higher education executive with more than 30 years experience in education operations, marketing and growth. Ms. Rolon spent more than 20 years working at the school level directly engaging with students and has extensive multi-location private and publicly held institutional experience in both campus and corporate environments. She was also the owner of a small, privately held beauty and wellness school located in South Florida.

Following her career in the schools, Ms. Rolon has spent the last twelve years in a family-owned and operated Marketing and Admissions support services group for higher education institutions. She oversaw day-to-day Agency operations for more than 100+ post-secondary educational institutions through the delivery of lead generation, marketing, and technology services. During her tenure, the Agency grew from a startup to a multi-million dollar enterprise leading the Agency to rank #20 on the Inc. 2016 list of 5,000 fastest growing companies.The group’s proprietary Admissions and Marketing software, Ynot?, continues to serve higher education institutions today.

Ms. Rolon is also a Growth Strategist and Operations Executive assisting purpose-driven agencies and their clients to increase their effectiveness and impact through the development and implementation of strategic growth and marketing plans.

Ms. Rolon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and mentors and trains small business owners in marketing and growth strategies to assist them in identifying and closing gaps and leveraging opportunities in their businesses.
